I just wanted to thank you for organising such an interesting and enjoyable conference. I thought it was a very valuable use of three days and a great opportunity to examine how Scotland's Tourism is planning for the future.
This was the first TS event I had attended and I will certainly be attending more. In fact, one of the key learning points for me was about the value of meeting a wide range of people. The theme of this conference was absolutely central to my area of knowledge and interest which was comfortable but the penny dropped that TS's greatest benefit to me is the chance it offers to meet with people from other parts of the wide tourism spectrum. So, I am planning that TS events, particularly those with a more tangential relationship to heritage and countryside tourism, will see rather more of me.
So congratulations and thanks to you.
