The Tourism Society - People in all the right places

Tourism has long been hailed as an instigator for regeneration, Liverpool's success as the European Capital of Culture is a prime example of how this can work for the benefit of both residents and visitors. This event will look at tourism and urban design, town planning and the importance of 'sense of place' for a destination with the competing needs of residents and visitors.
