has agreed to chair and speak at our event.

Benjamin Carey FTS, Dunira Strategy (Chair) 
Member of the UNWTO’s Panel of Experts, founding member of UNESCO Scotland and visiting professor at l’Université d’Aix-Marseille, Benjamin will draw on his experience of rural destination management in Africa, Asia and Europe to explore the environmental challenges and opportunities of co-operation in international tourism as a driver of sustainable development. 

Anthony Climpson OBE  FTS  FTMI, 
New Forest District Council
Anthony  will be talking about the embedding of locally resilient tourism into the wider economy,  considering the basic principles and practices related to Sustainable Destination Management and focusing on the holistic ‘VICE’ model (Visitor, Industry, Community, Environment) to consider how the objectives of sustainable tourism can be achieved and operationalised within the context of destination management.

Founder and key presenter of Fifteen Minute Trainer. Angelena will be speaking on how organisations can focus on developing green tourism inniatitives to boost their business.
