According to Personnel Today, staff turnover in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry is around 30%; the highest of any sector. With a competitive employment marketplace and online training solutions becoming more readily available, tourism professionals are increasingly turning to CPD (Continual Professional Development) schemes to expand their CVs and prove that they are up-to-date with the ever changing travel and tourism industry.
