The Tourism Society - People in all the right places

Please find attached an invitation to our 2010 AGM, which is open to all paid up members of The Tourism Society in Scotland and (for strange historical reasons!) also in Northern Ireland, including all those that have joined the Society through its integration with the Tourism Management Institute.

This past year has not been successful with a number of events being cancelled, so we are keen to review our marketing approach.  Three members of the committee are stepping down this year, so this is also an opportunity to renew the committee with some new blood and new ideas; students are especially welcome to apply.  We are also keen to explore how Scotland might be able to facilitate the creation of a new chapter across the water.
