We look forward to you joining the Tourism Society Wales for our Christmas lunch at the Ffresh Restaurant.

The Lunch is £35 for members and their guests and £40 for non-members. This includes a pre lunch drink, three course meal (see below for selection) wine and coffee.

Menu:
Starters

Cream of butternut squash and garlic soup or
Chicken liver parfait, Jones Organic spelt bread, grape & apple chutney or
Halen Môn cured salmon with beetroot and red onion relish or
Perl Las blue cheese and elderberry port mousse with pear puree and candied walnuts

Mains
Roast Welsh turkey with all the trimmings, roast potatoes and pan gravy or

Roasted sirloin of Welsh black beef, horseradish mash, roasted root vegetables and jus or
Fillet of sea bream, Jerusalem artichoke puree, curly kale and parmentier potatoes Main Courses  or
Baked celeriac pudding, tomato and garlic fondue and deep fried flatbread

Desserts
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or
Iced tutti frutti parfait with Wild Fig raspberry sorbet or
Rich chocolate mousse, Clementine jelly and pomegranate caviar or
Selection of Wales True Taste cheese with homemade chutney and Daffodil Cottage oatcakes
