When you need help

The Society recognises that business difficulties or even redundancy can arise during your career. At such times, The Tourism Society will assist as far as possible, particularly with networking and advice. Subscription payments due during these times can be discussed by contacting the Secretariat on 0208 661 4636 or email membership@tourismsociety.org.

Application for Fellow status

Criteria

Have previously qualified as a Full Member of the Society and have held that status for not less than two years AND
hold, or have held, a senior position of responsibility in the tourism industry
and/or can demonstrate a record of significant contributions in one or more sectors of tourism and leisure

Process

Please send your CV and request for upgrade by email, post or fax to Gregory Yeoman. Your request will be reviewed by the Tourism Society Executive Committee. You will be informed of the result of your request by return email, post or fax. You will then be asked for the monies owed for the difference in membership subscription fees from MTS to FTS (e.g. 2010 cash difference is £28).
