Tourism courses achieve TMI Recognition

Five undergraduate and one postgraduate courses have achieved recognition by TMI so far this year, and two undergraduate courses have renewed their recognition.  Congratulations go to:

·         Plymouth University: BSc (Hons) Tourism Management, BSc (Hons) International Tourism Management, BSc (Hons) Business and Tourism, MSc Tourism & Hospitality Management);

·         University of Gloucestershire: BA/BA (Hons) Tourism Management;

·         Staffordshire University:  BA(Hons) Tourism Management, BA (Hons) Event Management).

With further applications expected over the next few weeks, the TMI Recognition Scheme is becoming the sector benchmark for universities wanting to demonstrate the relevance and value of their courses to students looking to a career in destination management.
