Event Sponsorship

We welcome sponsorship by companies from all sectors across the industry for events in our annual programme. Sponsored activities include all or some of the following:

In return, your company logo will be used on associated publicity material, facilities will be provided at the event to display your promotional literature and acknowledgement will be given at the event and in the subsequent journal.

Venue Sponsorship

If you have a venue with conference facilities, please consider the following offer. The Tourism Society is a not-for-profit company and is the leading membership organisation in tourism covering all sectors. With our 1500 contacts, popular publications and website, we are able to offer you excellent promotional opportunities.

In return for in-kind sponsorship in the form of venue hire and AV equipment for a one-off event, the Society would be happy to offer you the following:

1. 1 FREE advert in our journal 'Tourism' worth £210-550 (depending on space)

2. 1 FREE listing on the Society links page

3. Your logo on all promotional literature associated with the event, including the press release, booking form, ticket etc.

However, we do have another sponsorship opportunity that might be more attractive to you. We would be happy to offer you the above PLUS the following benefits in return for free venue hire and AV equipment for 3 events over 12 months.

1. 1 free advert in our membership directory worth £130-400 (depending on space). This directory is annual and is therefore used by our 1500 contacts regularly over the course of a whole year – the advert would therefore get more exposure.

2. FREE website banner on the Society home page for the course of the event, then moved to the links page in-between.

3. FREE membership of the Society for either yourself or one of your colleagues for one year (worth £89). This entitles the member to:

• An entry in our popular membership directory which lists all the contact details of our members – a free copy of this directory is also sent to all members annually 4 free copies of our journal, ‘Tourism’ per year
• 2 free tickets to the event in question for your staff and discounted tickets to other Society meetings – please see enclosed examples

We have no events during Easter, during August, or at weekends or Fridays. Our events are usually in London, in the evening and on a weekday, with 20-70 delegates in attendance.
